Lex Autolease has its own portal for customers called ‘Manage My Vehicle’. If you have an EV through Lex Autolease, a Director in your organisation will have been assigned access to the portal. Through the portal, you can access your company invoices, apply to make amendments to contracts, view any traffic offence documents, and more.
Lex will most likely have assigned access to the first Director that appeared on your
loveelectric application form, when you initially applied to our scheme. The portal will only be accessible or ‘live’ for your company around 1-2 weeks after a car
has been delivered to you (i.e. when paperwork has been processed and the EV is live on their system).
How does the Director access the portal?
Add Director’s name
Add Director’s date of birth
Add the vehicle registration of the most recent vehicle delivered
If it asks you to set a password, success! You’re in!
If not, it could be that you are adding the wrong Director name, or the EV isn’t live on the system yet, and therefore, you will not yet have access.

How to change the portal manager
If the Director would like to nominate another person in the organisation to access the portal, the Director must email Lex Customer Services with the following info:
